Corn Bean Salsa

A quick recipe to share… because I LOVE me some good salsa!

This recipe is simple, quick… and I can eat half of it in one setting if I’m hungry enough. Oh… but I totally don’t have time to make this a ‘printable’ recipe so… sorry.

Corn Bean Salsa

1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 Can Black Beans, drained

1 Sweet Onion, chopped

3-6 Sweet Peppers, chopped

1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped

2 tsp Garlic Chili Paste (Optional, or you can use Siracha… but I don’t like Siracha…)

1-2 tsp Salt

1/4 C Sour Cream (I don’t mean the lower fat either… use the real stuff please. You’ll thank me)

Mix it all together… and devour.
