I’m sure our household is not the only one out there with picky eaters… so I thought I’d share my new, kid approved, Mac ‘n Cheese recipe.
First though, let me tell you- my oldest is P-I-C-K-Y. As in super duper picky. As in, this child only likes certain macaroni and cheese recipes… mostly the the boxed kind. Which I am not a fan of for MULTIPLE reasons (that I will not bore you with). That said, here is my picky-child-approved recipe that I PROMISE is so easy you won’t believe it turns out. (Sorry… no photos… everyone kept eating!)
Easy Peasy Mac ‘n Cheesy
2 Cups milk (Skim- Whole… whatever you use! You could even use water)
2 Cups dry noodles
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Combine Milk (or water), noodles and salt in a medium sauce pan over medium heat; stir every few minutes. Do no boil, cook until noodles are tender. Add cheese, mix well. Allow to sit 2-4 minutes, serve.
That’s it! Super easy, super yummy! Enjoy!
