It’s getting colder, and I was in the mood for… Beef Stew! Here’s my recent recipe!
2 Tbls Olive Oil
1 pound cubed beef (I had a really cheap steak cut that I picked up while it was marked down, then cubed it)
2 Tbls Cornstarch
1 Lb Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 Stalk Celery, sliced
2 Cups water
2 Tbls Beef Bouillon
1 qt Frozen crushed tomatoes (or canned)
3 Tbls Cornstarch
3 Tbls Water
1 Teas Season Salt
Heat skillet to HOT with 2 Tbls Olive Oil. Toss beef in cornstarch, brown in skillet. Remove and dump into crockpot. Toss in the veggies, celery, tomatoes. Dissolve bouillon in 2 cups of water. Next, mix 3 Tbls cornstarch in 3 Tbls cold water… add to crockpot. Last, add season salt. Turn on High for 4-6 hours, stirring whenever you remember to! Enjoy!
