We had a busy weekend, which included feeding a crowd of 60 people! The menu was simple, and we had lots of leftover artisan bread… though I tried to send most of the bread home with people, I ended up with some. I was trying to think of what I should do with this bread, and I came across a recipe that I’ve made before and love! However, for totally random reasons, I decided to make a new recipe that would fill a larger pan. So, here you go!
16 Ounces Light Sour Cream
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Tablespoon Basil
1/2 tablespoon Oregano
1 Cup Pizza Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
15 Pepperoni’s, chopped
Blend together the Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Basil and Oregano. Spread into the bottom of an 8×10 Baking dish. Spread Pizza Sauce over the first Layer. Next the Mozzarella, and last, the chopped pepperoni’s. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil for about 2 minutes. Serve warm, and enjoy!
